Keynote Speaker Peter Bowlware

Panhandle FCA will celebrate their 25th Annual Victory Banquet on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. The Banquet will be held in the Amarillo Civic Center Heritage Ballroom with the doors opening at 5:15 PM.

Peter Bowlware, ex-NFL All-Pro linebacker from the Baltimore Ravens, will be the keynote speaker for this year’s Victory Banquet. In 1996, while at Florida State under Hall of Fame Coach Bobby Bowden, he was a consensus first-team All-American, All-ACC, ACC Defensive Player of the Year, as well as National Defensive Player of the Year by Football News. The Baltimore Ravens selected Boulware in the first round, with the fourth overall pick in the 1997 NFL Draft. As a rookie linebacker, Boulware was selected as the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year by the Associated Press. He would play for the Ravens for eight years, going to four Pro Bowls, and is still the Ravens' number two all-time sacks leader. Boulware was also a member of the Baltimore Ravens' Super Bowl-winning team during the 2000 NFL season.
